We're currently staffing HOME HEALTH AIDES to provides direct nursing under the direction of the DON the Care Coordinator and or Doctors

In or within 20 mile range of: Tarzana, Ca
All clinicians are expected to participate as needed/Per Diem, including weekend, per staffing needs. This position is for non Live-In. Pay is per visit may be up to 50 depending on type of care given. Care may be administered at patient's residence or at a board and care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house.
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, be a pleasant and supportive companion.
- Report any unusual incidents, act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience in Home Health
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate.
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics Physical endurance
- High school diploma or equivalent and Certification.
- This job is only applicable to CHHA(s) and HCA(s) who are licensed.
- We are flexible Benefits to be determined, actual hours and wage may vary depending on visit and duration.
Other
- Job Type is Non live-in, visits generally do not exceed 1 HR per visit and pay rate remains the same if duties are fulfilled sooner than 1 HR.
