At Weldon Homecare Services Ltd, we employ the best care staff. We are growing at a steady pace and need new care workers every month during 2023. Customers and social workers have followed and enjoyed the way we work at Weldon; this means we need more of the very best care workers. JOIN OUR HAPPY TEAM. Our pay is £11.00 in the week £12.00 at weekends and double time all bank holidays. There is also a generous mileage allowance and travel time is paid.

Job description
This role includes the care worker assisting with personal and social care, such as shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, washing, bathing and dressing. A Weldon Homecare care worker will assist people from the age of 18 upwards.
You will help people avoid social isolation and to remain an active member of our community. As a care worker with Weldon Homecare Services, you can begin as a non-NVQ member of staff to NVQ level 3, full training will be provided, to allow you to deliver care to our customers to the highest of standards and progress your career.
We are a local family-owned company, with three decades of local care giving experience. Just bring a kind heart and enthusiasm to your care worker role, and our training programme will enhance your career, and equip you to be one of the best care workers and a great team member. This job requires car driving between calls. Care workers should be car drivers because of the nature of the work (although non-drivers may be considered).
