Job description
As a Care Warden at TriGuard, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the service users living at one of our clients sites.The role is extensive but duties range from:Monitoring CCTVCompleting patrolsCompleting paperwork such as incident reports, daily occurrence logs, and first aid forms to a high standardReporting any maintenance issuesLiaising with emergency services and local authoritiesCompleting identity checksManaging entry and exit pointsProviding a high level of customer service to our clients and the people they supportMaintaining a clean and tidy workspaceTriGuard is more than just security! TriGuard is more than just a job!What you'll need:A valid SIA door supervision or security guarding licenseExceptional communication skills and an understanding approachExcellent command of the English language, both verbal and writtenExcellent timekeeping and punctualityTo protect the most vulnerable people in our community, the following checks will also be required:Five year work history checkYou will be required to account for any gaps in your employment history on your application. This is required before the interview. All your previous employers may be contacted.ExperienceNo experience is required as full training will be provided.
