Caring Forever are recruiting a Team Leader to join our Lowestoft team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Lowestoft & Beccles Team, we are now seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to help support our Care Managers with the day to day running of the Lowestoft/Beccles Team.

Caring Forever is one of few care providers in the area that pay's travel time in addition to your hourly rate! Travel time is automatically calculated and paid for the full duration traveling between care visits, as well as hours worked. No more personal timekeeping!
· £13 per hour
· £50 bonus per day on call over weekend
· Enhanced Rate for additional shifts covered
As a Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Provide care in the community
- Assist with the management of staff and rota’s
- Assist with covering shifts due to sickness or outstanding shifts
- Set days on call throughout week and on working weekend
- Maintaining and improving well being
- Working as a team
- Complete advanced training in specialised care areas
- Contribute to team meetings held by the manager

Your hourly rate will be determined by level of experience and qualifications.
This role does require you to work in the community along side the office. We do ask you have availability every other weekend within the community. You must also be able to drive for this role.
