Job description
Company Description
We're proud to be part of the Home Instead family, the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we provide exceptional care for our clients and support for our staff.
Job Description
You'll be working with older adults in the local area, helping them to live as fully and independently as possible. With unrushed visits and regular clients, you'll be able to build relationships and provide person-centred care. Whether you're supporting with home help or medication, providing companionship, or helping with meal preparation or personal care, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you've made someone else's life a little bit better.
We offer competitive rates of pay (including paid wait and travel time), ongoing support and development, and a free Employee Assistance Programme.
Qualifications
We're looking for genuinely caring people. Whether you're new to care or have done it for years, we'll provide you with the support and training you need.
