Hourly rate: up to £11.39 per hour + £30 payment extra on top of hourly rate per each weekend shift worked.

Ashfield is an elderly person's home which provides personal care and accommodation for people with various care needs and we are currently looking to recruit care workers to join us on a relief basis or a permanent basis.
In this role you will be based within the locality of Ryedale, with your main based of employment being Ashfield. This means you will have the opportunity to work in other facilities in the Ryedale area on occasion.
As a Care and Support Worker, no two days are the same. Your role will be to deliver care and support plans whilst continuing to encourage people to remain independent and in control of their own well-being. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will work under clear instructions and guidance from senior colleagues. The positive impact you can make to the lives of others is invaluable.
