Could you be our Registered Care Manager?
We have a fantastic Registered Care Manager (RCM) opportunity within our Sense Supported Living Service in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, working 30 hours per week. As a Registered Care Manager, you will receive £25,918 per annum FTE.
At our service, we support an individual who has complex needs in their own home and they are supported on a 2:1 basis. The individual lives an active and varied life and enjoys taking part in lots of activities. Some of the activities include swimming, ice skating, rock climbing and theme theme parks.
As a Registered Care Manager, your role will have a unique blend of hands on hours (supporting the individual within the service) and also hands off management hours (ensuring regulatory compliance and managing a small staff team).

Your duties can include:
To support individuals/groups within their home and community reach their full potential
Providing line management support to a team of staff.
To provide a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to people with learning disabilities who use Sense services.
Identify needs and outcomes for each individual we support.
Deliver services that meet or exceed Sense’s legal and organisational standards.

Your required skills and experiences:
A UK Driving License and the willingness to drive is essential.
Have proven management and frontline experience within the care sector.
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - or willing to work towards it is essential. Sense will fund this qualification.
