Home Instead North Devon and Exmoor support clients from 8am though our current demand in the Bideford area is for 5pm-10pm including alternate weekends.
Are you kind and caring and share the same values as we do? If so, you’re already halfway there! We provide you with in house training to equip you with the skills needed to become a Care Professional!
Our Care Professionals come from all manner of professions, including retail, beauty, hospitality but also those who are continuing their career in care. All of our Care Professionals have access to the very best training, which includes Dementia Awareness, Parkinson’s and End of Life.
In your role as a Care Professional, you will be delivering person-centred care to our clients the way you would want your loved ones to be treated. You could be helping with personal care, light housekeeping and companionship, whilst also building a relationship and trust with your clients to enable their wellbeing and feeling comfortable and safe in their own home!
Home Instead North Devon is rated Outstanding by CQC.
As a Care Professional you will benefit from:
Pay up to £13.20 per hour and double time on Bank Holidays
PAID travel, waiting and training time of £10.50 per hour PLUS mileage
Minimum ONE-HOUR visits
Bespoke PAID training programmes including City and Guilds training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care and Parkinson’s training and End of life training.
