Role: Receptionist Part Time
Hours of Work 10 am - 4pm alternate weekends
1 Positions 1 x 18hrs per week 3 * 6 hour shift
Salary £10.42 per hour

We are looking for a 2 x part time Receptionists to join our residential dementia care home in Lincoln, providing the very best support for all of our residents.
We require a Receptionist, who will work 18 hours , 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday and alternate weekends.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
- Providing first point of telephone and face-to-face contact for visitors and callers to the Home.
- Responsible for the allocation of incoming mail to residents and staff
- Assisting with maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Collating statistics and producing reports.
- Assisting with archiving processes.
- Any other ad hoc duties.

Experience:
- Strong reception and administration experience.
- Experience of the care sector would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience of working to targets and delivering results.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
