Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 38.5 or Part Time 18, 24 or 36 hours

Salary: £10.00 to £10.50 (Depending on Qualifications and Experience)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, caring and passionate individuals who would like to join our Cedar Care Homes Family in the role of Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant you will be working within a Team of people from different backgrounds and with different set of skills whose goal is to provide the best quality care to the residents in our homes. Being a Care Assistant like every role has its challenges but it is a rewarding role that will give you sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Moreover, you will never be alone as you will always work with other members of team who will support you and guide you when necessary. On the day-to-day basis you will be providing resident cantered care. This means putting residents and their needs at the centre of everything that we do. We achieve it by developing respectful relationships with all team members, with the residents’ families and various professionals who will assist you in achieving that goal.


Whilst having previous experience of working as Care Assistant or working in customer focused role is beneficial, do not worry if you do not have previous experience of working in that role. As an organization We believe in the best and we will provide you with necessary training and skills that will enable you to provide the best resident cantered care and ensure your personal growth, development and progression.
