We are a mid sized Nursing home in Erdington. A supportive team with a huge focus on providing the best service for all here at the Hurstway.
We are looking for an experienced administrator within our home. Your role will include-
- To implement appropriate and active administration systems within the Home
- To provide all aspects of administrative support for residents, management and staff within the Home including Petty Cash, Banking, Invoices and Ordering, Staff Timesheets, Minute Taking, Reports, Residents Finances, Resident Admissions and Discharges. You will liase closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth process is in place.
- Answering the telephone and receiving visitors ensuring the sign in process is followed
- To support with all areas of staff recruitment, training and supervision. To ensure all matrix are updated appropriately
- To update the outbreak logs as required.
- To maintain and implement the organisations administrative policies and procedures
- To attend team meetings and training

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
