Salary: Starting at £12,00 -£13.00 per hour plus enhancements for bank holidays, mileage payments and assistance with public transport costs.
Hours of Work: Split Shifts - between 7.30am-10.00pm- Monday to Sunday (including alternate weekends and evening work)
Care Giver/Support Worker Duties:
As a Care Giver/Support Worker, you will be responsible to supporting people in both a confident and person-centred way. You will assist with daily tasks including bathing, toileting support and assisting them in the community via public transport to access their local services including swimming baths, gym, cinema, shopping etc. as well as supporting them with medication and meal preparation.
Care Giver/Support Worker Requirements:
· Full UK Driving Licence (Beneficial)
· Previous work experience in Home Care / Residential Care / Hospital Care / Domiciliary Care (Desirable but not essential as all training given)
· Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills as described in the main responsibilities.
· Able to follow instructions on both written and electronic care plans.
· Literate in spoken and written English
· Update Service Adult Workforce Enhanced DBS (Highly desirable, but company can carry out check if needed)
