Care Coordinator/Supervisor - covering Brewood, Coven, Wednesfield, Ashmore Park and Willenhall.

Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Wentworth Community Care have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care coordinator/supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support and coordinate a team of clients and staff with the support of a care needs assessor.

Wentworth Community Care is a domiciliary care provider based in Brewood, South Staffordshire, West Midlands. We care for clients within their own homes across Wolverhampton, Willenhall, Walsall and Staffordshire. We are continually growing on a day-to-day basis offering job security and flexibility.

The main duties of a Care Coordinator / Supervisor include:

· Alternate week on-call
· Rostering including covering annual leave and sickness (this may include personally covering care calls where needed)
· Emails
· Accident and incident reporting and recording
· Inducting new staff
· Quality assurance
· Staff spot checks
· Medication auditing
· Supervisions and appraisals
· Reviewing availability for care packages
· Audits
· Communication with staff and clients
· Handovers

The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum of 2 years care coordinator experience
· NVQ 3 or above or willing to work towards one
· Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
· Have previous relevant training to the job role.
· Have previous healthcare experience.
· Be flexible, reliable, and committed.
