Full Time Care Coordinator - Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30
(On call rota 1 in 6)
£250 joining bonus *

Visiting Angels are looking for an Angels Coordinator to plan and support the work schedules of our teams of Angels. You will be responsible for setting the Rotas, providing advice, leadership, and coaching to our Caregiving Angels and performing on-call duties.
Our Angels are at the heart of everything we do, and we support and train them to be the best carers in Cambridgeshire. With minimum 1 hour calls we are already delivering Award Winning Care, and we are listed in the Top 20 for the East of England! Also Rated GOOD by CQC!
Required:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience delivering Quality at Home Care
- Your own car and driving license
- Experienced with Access People Planner and Access Care Planner
- UK based and Right to Work
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating staff rotas using templating and scheduling software
- Setting our Angels up for success with mentoring and coaching
- Taking Client Enquiries
- Pre-screen candidates
- Managing ongoing client relationships
- Administering New Angel and New Client processes
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Previous Care experience at a senior level
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in Social Care preferred
- Excellent communication skills
