Paid training
Drivers and walkers welcome- 45p per mile
Join our team on a full time or part time shift basis, being 7am-2pm or 2pm-9pm, where you can work as many or as little of these shifts as you like to make up your desired hours.
The Role
We make it possible for people who need care or support to maintain independence in the comfort of their own home. You will support our clients with everyday tasks such as getting into and out of bed, washing and dressing, preparing food & prompting medication.
Training
No experience is needed as a fully funded bespoke training scheme, which we pay YOU for, is provided
We will encourage and support you to achieve your QCF Level 2,3+ in Health and Social Care
Internal progression is pushed & encouraged & we always promote from within.
Pay
We offer an excellent remuneration package equivalent to £12.70ph including paid holiday, pension PLUS 45p per mile for drivers on top of that.
A chance to earn more through progression- Senior Carers £12.95ph & Supervisors £13.20ph
We also offer contracted hours once probation is completed
You will be paid time & a half on bank holidays & double pay on Christmas & New Years day
Weare offering anyone able to start immediately a £250 welcome bonus
And we are currently funding DBS checks
To top it off, we also pay all staff an annual Bonus
