Job description
We are currently looking to employ one or two members of staff to join our friendly team at Oak Mount Care Home as a Care Assistant working weekend days.
The Care Assistant role would be on a permanent basis with contracted hours as either full or part time, between 6.5 to 26 hours per week, details can be discussed on application depending on your requirements and availability, for example could be every other weekend. Our day shifts run from 7am-1.30pm and 1.30pm-8pm, and this could be a set shift (Eg. Saturday mornings only, or Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning etc) Rate of pay for the day shifts varies from £12.31-£12.60 per hour (Weekends), depending on NVQ.
We would also be willing to look at employing Bank staff.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are tested at least twice weekly for Covid and PPE is supplied by us. Anyone who goes down with Covid is paid for 5-10 days while they recover.
