Care Assistant Vacancy at our homely and quaint Residential Care Home, The Laurels, in Trecynon Aberdare.

Care Assistant (Full-time / Part-time / Zero Hours)
Tier 2 sponsorship available
This post is subject to a DBS check.
Contracted x no. hours/week (following successful completion of probationary period)
£10/hour
This role can be contracted for 24-37 hours per week and flexibility is required to cover a mixture of day shifts and night shift over any of the 7 days week as the service demands.
(Anticipated extra hours will be available to provide cover as needed for annual leave and short notice cover for sickness/emergencies etc.)
Flexibility to meet the demands of the Home is essential for this vacancy.
Ideally, candidates would have previous experience within health and social care/care home setting, with medication management experience, however all applications will be considered, the relevant will be training provided and commencement on an NVQ.
