Your new role as a Day or Night Care Assistant at Fieldbay is calling you!

Public transport runs at limited times. We have two homes at our Tumble Site, if you have a preferred service this can be discussed when we get in touch.
- Our Shifts start at 08.30am and end at 08.30pm 0r 08.30pm – 08.30am you will need to ensure that the transport you are using operates for these shift times.

We offer £11.90 per hour for our Care Assistant by day
We offer £12.40 per hour for our Care Assistant by Night
** This includes a premium payment. £1 per hour premium payment for a weekday shift and £1.50 per hour premium payment for weekend or night shift, the uplift is discretionary and is subject to change**

You’ll care for people with lots of different complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
