Responsibilities
· To assist with personal care needs, continence care, companionship and meals.
· To assist service users with poor mobility and other physical disabilities.
· To promote independence at all times where possible.
· To carry out general tasks, such as housework, laundry and shopping.
· To accurately record and report.
· To follow care plan accurately to meet service user needs.
· To comply with Graceful care guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.
· To report to the line manager of any concerns, which include service users change in circumstance.
· To complete medication record if applicable.
· To complete accident/incident form in the event of an emergency.
· To undertake regular training.
· You will be required to comply with the general social care council's code of conduct and practice.
· You will be required to notify the agency immediately if you commit or are charged with a criminal offence, including a motoring offence during your employment.
We are looking for people who live close or in the Shepherds bush area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.05 per hour
