Nurse Call is a 'care at home', with addition of registered nursing service located in East Renfrewshire. We are a lovely close-knit team of carers, senior carers, team leaders, and registered nurses who are looking for the perfect addition to our team, due to Client expansion.
Nurse Call is currently recruiting for a carer (or senior with SVQ3) with experience in the care industry with their SVQ2 in Health & Social care, or willing to work towards this with our help.
This post will cover our 'Care at Home' Clients.
We cover all aspects of care and have registered nurses to support you always. We offer our Clients a one hour minimum visit, so that they, and you never feel rushed. We introduce you gradually, so you feel familiar with care plans/ client wishes and competent when left alone.
If you are suitable for a senior care assistant role, we train and encourage if you wish to learn lots of extra skills like: venepuncture, taking all Obs, etc.

A full UK drivers license and use of own car is essential (pool car also available, if your car runs into trouble)
Successful applicants must be able to obtain 3 references (2 professional, 1 character) and a satisfactory PVG check.
Purpose of role
You will support Nurse Call clients with all aspects of their day to day living, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will sometimes work alone with the client in their own home providing care and support. Compassion, honesty, good time management, good communication skills and a kind and caring manner are essential for all staff within Nurse Call.
