Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.*
Pay: £11.00 p/hr drivers
- Mileage - 40p per mile (average payment of £71 every 4 weeks)

As a Care Assistant, you will be offered a full-time working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift pattern, which includes:
- Alternate weekends
- Early shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Example shift pattern:
- Week 1: 3 full day working week (average of 36 hours per week)
- Week 2: 4 full day working week (average of 48 hours per week)
