Role: Support Worker
We are looking to recruit two Support Workers to provide assistance for a young woman with multiple health conditions including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome & ME.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Support the client with preparation of meals
- Provide support every evening to help the client with her evening routine including sleep system - full training will be provided.

Administer medication, full training will be provided.
HOURS
Saturday and Sunday 10am until 12.30pm
Evening calls 8.30-9pm approx
Cover for holiday

RATE OF PAY
- £10.82 per hour
- Holidays are 5.6 weeks per year, pro-rata
- Out of pocket expenses will be met by employer
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful applicant must:
- Have a positive understanding towards adults with disabilities
- Have a high degree of initiative
- Be punctual, reliable and flexible
- Have a happy, positive and caring nature
- Respect confidentiality
- Car driver essential and can drive clients WAV
- Like dogs as the client has an assistance dog
