What we are looking for:
We are looking for C*ommitted, Approachable, Respectful and E*mpathetic people to provide care and support to our lovely residents at The Hayes in Sherborne, currently one of our largest homes, set out as five cottages.
It provides palliative, residential and dementia care for older residents and is located within a 10-minute walk from Sherborne train station and the town centre.
You will join a longstanding team of committed and passionate colleagues working in a person-centred way to meet the needs of our residents.
Some previous experience in a care capacity would be welcome but full training and support will be provided.
The shift patterns are 7am – 2.30pm and 2pm – 10pm and will include alternate weekend working. A 7am – 10pm shift is also available.

As you will be working with vulnerable adults and/or have access to significant information about them if you are successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check. This role is UK based and we will need to establish your Right to Work as part of the appointment process.
