SHIFT AROUND CIPPENHAM & BURNHAM
Job role
Your main role as a Care Worker will be to provide support to a person in need of care (help with washing, dressing, meals and medication); you will be working in person-centred way improving their lives by attending to their specific needs and assisting them with their daily tasks you will be working in the community (house to house care). We are not a care home, we are looking after elderly, and people with disabilities in their own homes.
Requirements
Endurance Health offers various career progression opportunities. Previous care experience is desirable, however full training is provided.
You do not need to be a driver- walkers and bikers are welcome. All visits are scheduled in Slough.
Progression Opportunities
With experience you can become Senior Carer. You can then progress to team leader, care coordinator, Deputy manager or care manager.
Most carers also choose QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, offered free to Endurance Health staff.
