Job description
We are looking for 2 care assistants to join our team, one full time and one part time or 3 part time. We have a variety of shifts available, day and night shifts, some 6 hour shifts, some 12 hour shifts, we can be flexible with times and days, so please get in touch and have a chat with us.
We provide a uniform and all meals on duty, free parking. We provide and pay you to attend all necessary training.
Great working atmosphere, good team, no agency used. Proactive management and owners. Good rating with CQC. Lovely home providing care for 25 residents living with Dementia. Full ancillary team providing activity, housekeeping and kitchen to support care staff. Computerised care planning system in place.
We run a bonus scheme and referral payments, we also provide a one to one counsellor for staff use, free of charge. Pay is increased each April.

Part-time hours: 24 - 36 per week
Salary: From £10.05 per hour
