The role and key responsibilities are:
- Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with the national care standards policies and procedures.
- Document efficiently and effectively at all times.
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs.
- Act as a key worker to a number of residents, providing friendship and supporting their needs and taking part in social activities.
- Accompany residents to hospital appointments.
- Show warmth and support to all our residents and their families, helping to promote independence and dignity to positively enhance the lives of our residents.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with relatives and stakeholders.
- Attend training as and when required.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Desirable:
- SVQ 3
- SSSC Registered
You must be available to work shifts across 7 days including weekends.
