Hillside Residential Home provides respectful residential care in a homely, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, for adults who need support, care rehabilitation or safeguarding. Our team supports and encourages people to live as full and active life as possible.

We are currently looking to recruit both full time and part time staff on a permanent basis, with day and night shifts available.

Working in a team you will attend to the personal needs of clients, following guidance laid down in the Handbook for Care Assistants. Duties are varied and include personal care and person centred activities, to help our residents achieve maximum independence; no two days are the same. Our residents are all individuals and we pride ourselves on respectfully meeting their needs in a home from home setting.
