We are New Dawn Support Services Ltd, located in the London Borough of Brent. Our company was established in 2019 and we provide domiciliary care, supported living and live in jobs on behalf of local authorities and private clients. We are a CQC regulated care provider and work alongside health and social care consultants to provide the best care to our client. We are looking for kind, honest and compassionate Care Assistants to join the team in providing the very best care to our service users. Our care jobs will include looking after vulnerable people in their homes and other settings. You will be helping people with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, dressing and medication. Experience is preferred but full training will be provided. It's about ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the client and treating them with dignity and respect.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Medication administration
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate personnel
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
