Where you’ll work: You will become part of the committed team at Westy Hall care home where we have the capacity to support up to 42 residents, supporting to fulfil their retirements years in a simulating and homely environment.
An exciting opportunity to be part of our care team at Westy Hall care home situated in the heart of Latchford, Warrington has become available for a Care Assistant to join our existing team. We pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for older people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

You will be provided with a personalised programme to suit your learning skills. We provide both classroom based and E-Learning training to provide an excellent induction programme for all new staff members, meaning we will give you the tools and knowledge to have successful career with us at Minstercare Group.

What you’ll be doing:
· Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
· Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
· Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
· Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
· Completing daily records using electronic care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
