Responsibilities and Duties of the Care Assistance role
· Supporting older people in the comfort of their own homes.
· Supporting them with (e.g. companionship, showering, dressing, continence, medication, meal preperation).
Qualifications and Skills
· Car driver with own car is not essential
· Someone with good life experience and is chatty & personable
· All training is provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From £12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edinburgh EH4 2AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
