Responsibilities
- Following and implementing personal care plans and safeguard individuals
- Supporting individuals with daily activities such as personal and intimate care.
- Being respective and understanding individuals communication needs with alternative methods. (if necessary and with guidance)
- Providing holistic support with guidance to individuals and their families Encouraging and supporting individuals to live a more confident and independent life.
