About the role:
We’re looking for dependable, compassionate care assistants to work in West London, on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Providing household assistance to older people
- Preparing meals and encouraging healthy, balanced diets
- Providing companionship and friendship
- Assistance with eating (when required)
- Assistance with taking medication and medication prompting (when required)
- Personal care and hygiene tasks (when required)
- Writing short reports via our app for each completed visit

Our requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor visas
- Experience working in the care sector or caring for a relative is preferred
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership of a smartphone with access to data
