Job Purpose
To be an effective member of the Customer Experience Team. Ensuring an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times and customers are processed efficiently and professionally when arriving onsite to park vehicles and arrive at check in.
Role and Responsibility
- Completing opening and closing procedures
- Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly smile and welcoming promoting a positive image of the company and the provision of high quality customer service.
- Setting up, prepping your area, keeping a clean and tidy area.
- Having excellent knowledge of the facilities and layout.
- Dealing with guest queries in a helpful & professional manner.
- Perform participant checks to ensure proof of entry when required.
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and patiently.
- To report any areas of concern to management immediately.
- Report any maintenance issues using the correct procedure.
- To attend relevant training courses/ staff meetings as required by LL to be able to carry out the duties of the role effectively.
- To comply with all H & S guidelines and operational procedures at all times and to comply with the Emergency action plan for the facilities and assist in any such incidents in the appropriate manner .
- Working as part of a team and co-operating with your colleagues.
- Lead by example and ensure company core values are reflected at all times.
- You will be standing on your feet for a long time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Reception/ front of house experience preferred
- Problem solving skills/ Customer service skills
- Reliability, common sense and a welcoming smile are required
- Strong observational skills
