Our car park hosts truly are the face of our business - you'll be the first person our customers see when they start their journey with us, if they are buying a new car or visiting us for a service. A passion for customer service is essential in this role - and you'll get to work around some amazing cars, too!

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

To greet customers warmly on their arrival in the car park
To ensure that the car park is well organised, so that there are sufficient parking spaces available for our customers.
To make sure that all courtesy cars are ready for customer collection
To facilitate the efficient flow of customer vehicles between the car park and the workshop
To maintain the tidiness of the site, in line with company and brand standards

Desired Skills and Experience:

Full, valid GB driving licence is essential
Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable
