Overview of role
Our car park hosts truly are the face of our business - you'll be the first person our customers see when they start their journey with us, if they are buying a new car or visiting us for a service. A passion for customer service is essential in this role - and you'll get to work around some amazing cars, too!

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- To greet customers warmly on their arrival in the car park
- To ensure that the car park is well organised, so that there are sufficient parking spaces available for our customers.
- To make sure that all courtesy cars are ready for customer collection
- To facilitate the efficient flow of customer vehicles between the car park and the workshop
- To maintain the tidiness of the site, in line with company and brand standards
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Full, valid GB driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable
