Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented marketer with a passion for driving demand and awareness in the B2B space? We are seeking a Sr. Marketing & Campaigns Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will play a critical role in building, implementing, and managing outbound promotional programs to support our business growth objectives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be working with a small team of experienced marketers, Sales teams, and Regional General Managers. Summary of Location and Hours
- 100% remote or hybrid if located near one of the Ntiva offices (Chicago, Washington DC, New York, Denver/Colorado Springs.)
- Normal business hours, Monday-Friday
What you will be doing
- Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven, outbound promotional campaigns that are tailored to specific regions, industries, and/or buyer personas. Your creativity and resourcefulness will be key in determining the most effective channels and assets to engage our target market.
- Manage the creation of compelling offers and develop a mix of campaigns and assets that resonate with our target audience. You will have the freedom to experiment and pivot as needed to maximize campaign performance.
- Utilize your strategic vision and project management skills to coordinate the rollout of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media (paid and organic), digital advertising, webinars, and events.
- Collaboration with internal teams, such as Regional GMs, BDRs, and sales teams, will be crucial to aligning campaign objectives and ensuring their success.
- Help manage MDF and Coop funding from vendor partners, in order to fund various campaigns.
- You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and oversee the Social Media Manager who will assist in outbound promotion.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
- 5 to 7+ years of experience managing B2B marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and promotion/awareness.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in owning end-to-end programs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams and external resources.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, webinar platforms such as Zoom, and social media platforms required.
- Experience with B2B marketing campaigns in a professional services environment is a plus, demonstrating your understanding of the unique challenges and strategies in the MSP industry.
- Prior supervisory experience

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year, plus bonus/commission info here. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
