The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist will lead the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns that generate demand and other brand initiatives. This role will be key in driving efficiency and scalability across our various channels, while balancing opportunities for new tools, processes and requests to support our growing marketing organization. Working closely with the Growth Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams, this role sits within Marketing Operations to build and maintain efficient, scalable campaigns across all our digital marketing channels, and provide campaign performance metrics and reporting for internal stakeholders.

You Will:

    • Orchestrate campaign development and communications across a network of contributors and stakeholders, including managing the master calendar and campaign planning process.
    • Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline campaign strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.
    • Execute operational aspects of a digital campaign including workflow, timelines, resources, and ad budgets across different marketing channels.
    • Drive the execution of campaign deployment on 3rd party tools for ad and social networks.
    • Develop and manage ad library, copy snippets, and evergreen assets for marketing and demand gen campaigns.
    • Work collaboratively with internal team members and external agencies to assess requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient delivery of assets as per project plan.
    • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make testing and program recommendations.
    • Develop coordinated nurture and triggered campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, retargeting display ads, direct mail) to uncover the optimal course of action for various audience groups across each lifecycle stage.
    • Manage A/B testing plan and support testing efforts across digital channels.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (e.g., ROI, KPIs, open/CTO rates for email campaigns, CTR, offer conversion rates).
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional digital marketing campaigns.
    • 3+ years of experience building, executing, and reporting on paid campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook, as well as third-party media partners.
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, providing clear action items and milestones to keep timeline and budget on track.
    • Experienced in designing multi-touch marketing campaigns addressing all stages of the funnel.
    • Advanced knowledge around ABM campaign strategy & tools a plus (Terminus, DemandBase, 6Sense, etc.)
    • Experience managinga budget and reporting back on ad spend and ROI.
    • Proven A/B testing experience.
    • Strong project management skills to collate campaign resources and assets in a timely manner to multiple internal stakeholder audiences.
    • Strong interest in data and analytics with ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with many voices.
Compensation Range

We determine total compensation packages with an intentional analysis of a candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related competencies, and consideration of internal equity.
In order to offer competitive, market-based pay, our pay ranges are informed by geographic location.
Hiring Range:
Geo G–(Examples: San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA): $124,450 - $137,550
Geo E–(Examples: Portland,OR; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO): $109,535 - $121,065
Geo M–(Examples: Milwaukee, WI; Orlando, FL; Nashville, TN; San Antonio, TX): $99,560 - $110,040
