We are now inviting applications for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist, for one of our clients at United Kingdom. The client is currently looking to hire Digital Marketing Professional who will be responsible for planning the marketing of the business to grow a customer base and optimise sales and profits. The person will help to decide the overall strategy of their organisation, will be responsible for its growth and financial performance, influence many departments, and help determine business decisions such as mergers and acquisitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for -
· Setting marketing goals and objectives for the business.
· Driving change across the organisation about elements such as social media or digitization
· Planning and implementing a marketing strategy for the organisation.
· Spot opportunities in the market and drive growth of the business
· Researching the experience of the customer in interacting with the organisation and drive improvements
· Taking responsibility for the look and content of the website(s) and social media outlets, maximising visitor conversion
· Contributing to the growth of the business.
· Acquiring reliable and comprehensive data on sales and customer experience from different departments
· Managing the content marketing strategy of an organisation, reviewing it and making necessary changes.
· Setting KPIs for the marketing team of a business.
· Commissioning market research and understand how markets are changing.
· Attending board meetings as a member of the board and take part in discussions.
· Communicating regularly with other departments and executives, reporting on marketing activity
· Managing KPIs to ensure that the marketing of a business is optimised.
· Using data to make decisions based on evidence.
· Keeping up to date with best practices in marketing and technology.
· Designing, planning, and overseeing marketing campaigns.This includes monitoring campaigns and making changes when necessary.
· Using analytics to drive product development.
· Building a marketing team and mentor them
· Building relationships with creative, digital and media agencies
· Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
The ideal candidate will have
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
· Preferable experience of 5 years.
· Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
· Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
