Job description
- Define the strategy for the market owned. Adjust throughout the year based on lead volume. Think creatively ensuring fast and efficient delivery of qualified leads to the BDRs.
- Work in lock step with sales management on priorities and most effective tactics for demand generation.
- Work with BDR management team and BDRs to ensure leads produced are converting to qualified sales opportunities including creating briefings and follow up materials.
- Work with Marketing Ops to report on progress across markets, products, funnel, cohorts, tactics and more in near real time with a structured framework that ensures abilty to change course as needed.
- Lead the quality delivery of assets that span webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, webpages, emails, paid ads, social ads, and more across both simple and premier campaigns
- Identify and manage content resources, both internally and externally, driving the strategy, main messages, and ultimate delivery of content to market
- Manage partners and associations including signing contracts for events and co-branded events
- Keep in constant contact with 3rd party partners, driving strategic events and lead contribution through trade shows, webinars, and digital placements.
- Lead the events associates and drive high quality presence at industry events
- Support full funnel needs including ROI calculators, customer references and additional tools needed to progress deals through the sales funnel
- Conduct research as required on campaign theme industry trend, product performance/messages, client insights
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong writer
- Demand generation experience with SaaS companies
- Proven abililty define a strategy and deliver results against aggressive goals
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other marketing tools
- Strategic and independent thinker with ability to adjust to changing dynamics
- Can operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects
- Experience in working directly with sales
- Experience working with business development reps
- Experience in contract negotiations
- An enthusiastic, high energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizations
- Strong webinar or event management and execution experience
- Superior ability to communicate with and influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to hit timelines and maximize impact of projects, webcasts, or campaigns.
- Excellent written communication, organization, time-management, process and project management skills
- Data-driven and focused on return on investment
- Willing to travel as needed
- Marketing experience with asset managers and insurers
- ABM experience
- Skills in 6Sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising
- Partner relationship management experience
- This role will be based from our Tysons Corner, VA location
