Role Introduction:
Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days in Birmingham per week.What You Will Do:
As part of this role you will be an active member of the marketing team who will be responsible for contributing to the building and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring delivery of qualified sales leads and sales pipeline to their divisional sales team.

- Produce the demand marketing plan for our Health and Care division
- Deliver and coordinate marketing activities and lead generation programs within the plan
- Ensure programs are run to time and budget
- Coordinate colleagues providing digital, content and product marketing support, together with creative, operations and other colleagues
- Interact with colleagues in other teams, in particular Sales and Practice directors
- Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns
- Be able to report and forecast results to senior managers both within and outside the marketing function
- Be a key member of the Advanced marketing team, contributing to broader product category activities and supporting the attainment of the Advanced brand goals
- Develop, produce and implement field marketing programs that position Advanced an our solutions with customers, partners, prospects and influencers
- Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns
- Identifies, recommends and manages third party resources as required
- Experience in planning and running marketing campaigns
- ABM experience in running Cluster campaigns - looking at challenges and developing campaigns. Ability to take this and ramp up to ABM 121 campaigns
- Undrestand the business objectives of an organisation and be curious to develop a solution based on a customers priorities
- Understanding of commercial and business challenges
- Some market knowledge and organisational awareness would be a benefit
- Relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and customers
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management
- Strong writing skills
- Highly creative, proactive, decisive, and organised
- Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role
