We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Administrator in the CAMHS Getting Help Team Slough. The role will be 16 hours per week and we are looking for a candidate who can support the team within the hours of 9.00 – 17.00 Monday, Thursday & Friday.

The Slough Getting Help Team is a new early intervention CAMHS service. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible with a warm personality and great people skills.
Interview to be held 19th June 2023
- You will support the effective operation of the Getting Help Team. This includes providing the required administrative support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service.
- This is a key role within a developing service and the job requires a high degree of flexibility in response to workload agendas.
- You will be expected to act on your own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising the workload as required.
- You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
The trust employs almost 5,000 people over more than 100 sites and community settings across Windsor & Maidenhead, Slough, Bracknell Forest, Wokingham, Reading and West Berkshire.

1. NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification/experience
2. Knowledge and experience of office administration procedures
3. Good interpersonal communication and reporting skills
4. Good/advanced IT skills and the ability to navigate around various systems and software packages
