Summary
We are looking for a technician and would welcome applications from those who have just recently passed an Engineering B tec qualification with an electronic bias. Alternatively there will be an expectation for the successful candidate to be working towards one.
You will provide technical support to all equipment but with a focus on test cameras. These are housed within cleanrooms so there is a requirement to work within this environment for long periods wearing a full clean room suit. You will not be able to wear make up and to not have smoked 3 hrs before entering the cleanroom (non smokers preferred).

Strong personal accountability with a team working ethic and drive for timely completion of tasks
Interface well with others, with effective communication skills
We are looking for a team player who has excellent organisational skills able to manage their own time and workload efficiently
You will be required to wear Self contained Breathing apparatus in this role after you have passed a medical and received training.
Responsibilities:
To perform CCD device testing and support the wider equipment team across all equipment not just Camera test.
Carry out routine maintenance and calibration tasks to ensure test equipment meets specifications and functions correctly.
Use company systems to ensure that all maintenance activities are logged and records kept.
Respond rapidly to equipment issues and working with others ensuring that a timely repair is carried out, and clear progress updates are provided.
Qualifications/experience:
Experience in SAP Maintenance would be advantageous.
Competent using Microsoft Excel and word
B Tec qualification in engineering or willing to work towards one
