An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join the Camden Integrated Community Health Team at Belsize Priory as a Falls Group Administrator.
You will help provide a high level of day to day office support to the therapy teams, as well as contributing ideas and assisting in projects to improve and develop the service.
You will need to have the ability to work independently as well as within the team when required. You will be an approachable and friendly person, able to work in a busy environment with a varied range of needs and demands, someone who reacts well under pressure, can be trusted to get tasks done quickly and who is capable of adapting to change when needed.
It is essential that that you have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to use your initiative. Previous experience of working within the NHS is desirable, but all forms of experience will be considered.
Due to the demands of the role, strong IT skills are essential, both ability using a range of software, but equally with hardware setup. Not only must you be highly capable using IT personally, but the ability to help other members of staff resolve their IT issues is equally as important.
The Falls Administrator will contribute to the provision of safe and reliable services by:
- Collation of patient journey through the Falls Groups and Ambulatory Falls Clinic pathways. You will be liaising with Therapy Leads and using SystmOne database.
- Effective communication pathways between triage team, Camden services and patients/family/carers.
- Management of referrals and discharge on the electronic recording system.
- Be the first point of contact for service users and professionals, either on the phone/emails or in person, including helping people with general enquiries and partner organisations with any issues with invites, dates, location etc.
- Responsible for providing relevant caseload data and reports
- Explore and support the use of technology (with support from Camden CCG, GP Federations, CNWL) to enable remote participation in meetings
- Identify and work towards implementing service improvements in Community working.
