Job Description:
Amiumb ltd is looking for ambitious high energy Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service connecting with potential prospects utilising outbound calls and emails. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling all aspects of our customers' experience, from providing information to inquiring about products and services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to speak with a variety of customers, including new and existing accounts. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing information about our products and services, answer questions, resolve complaints, and follow up with follow up calls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their order status, processing times, and payment options.
- Handle complaints from existing or potential customers regarding products or services.
- Follow up with callers who have abandoned their calls because of poor call center support.
- Follow up on any missing items that may be left over from the previous day’s orders.
- Follow up on any outstanding issues that may arise from customer interactions with Call Center Support Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager or Account Manager.
- Maintain an organized work area by filing reports, receipts, reports, invoices, etc., accurately daily.

Salary: £24,467.00-£27,906.00 per year
