Call Centre Staff / Data Entry
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given to right person.
Working in a busy call centre in pleasant suburb of Birmingham, we are look for individuals with the following skills:
- Excellent telephone manner with a good command of the English language
- Listening skills, able to take information and record it accuracy via a computer system
- Ability to deal with customer queries / complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Flexible working across 3 different shift patterns to cover 24hrs
- some geographical knowledge of Birmingham is useful but not essential
- Be a team player
When you join us, you'll be working from our Harborne based control centre. We will provide you with excellent training on how to use our specialised taxi dispatch system and plenty of support throughout your time at TOA Taxis.
Our call centre is open 24/7, 365 days a year including bank holidays. We are looking for an applicant to join our Morning shift staff where typical working hours will be from 7am to 3pm. Afternoon shift staff where typical working hours will be from 3pm to 11pm. Night shift staff where typical working hours will be from 11pm to 7am. Weekend shift well be working 7am to 3pm

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
