Job Title: Call Centre Staff

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
• Upselling products and services to customers where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
• Working as part of a team to achieve departmental targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Full training will be provided
• Must be able to work on-site at our Manchester office
