We are looking for a customer focused and organised team player who wants to make a positive impact on our customers lives and eye care provision.
The successful candidate will work within a small and talented team to support the smooth and efficient operation of our four optical stores. Your role is to ensure customer inbound calls are answered promptly and outbound triaging completed, both to a high and professional standard.
Along with providing customer support, you will be working in partnership with our in-store colleagues to help update, answer and resolve customer queries received via telephone and email communication.
Experience as a call handler is preferable, however, it is not essential as we will provide the successful candidate with full training.
You must be confident on the telephone, and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality.

Salary: £12,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
