Job Title: Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Manchester Call Center
Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our fun and welcoming team as an entry-level customer service representative at our Manchester call center. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate channels when necessary
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and feedback
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, services, and processes to better serve our customers
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
