We’re looking for people with customer service experience, comfortable working in a targeted environment, who are equally happy to work both on inbound and dialler based outbound calls.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
• Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery

You’ll spend the first 5 weeks in office for training Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm. Once you’re ready to go you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support our customers when they need us. We’re open Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm and you’ll work an early week between 8am and 4.15pm, a late week between 12pm and 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm (40 hours per week).

Please note that you need to be over 18 and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any holiday or time off during the first 6 weeks training period.
