We’re looking for people comfortable working in a targeted environment, who are equally happy to work both on dialler based inbound and outbound calls

We are on the lookout for committed and determined individuals to join our vibrant call centre in our Worthing office based in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
  • Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery

You’ll spend the first 5 weeks in office for training Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm.

Once you’re ready to go you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support our customers when they need us.

We’re open Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm and 9-1 Saturday mornings. We can also offer flexible hours, apply and we can discuss these!

Please note that you need to be over 18 and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any holiday or time off during the first 5 weeks training period.
