This is an exiting new opportunity to join Vocal Views. We are now recruiting trainee call centre advisors to join the team, in our brand-new office in Derby, Pride Park
Job Description
Making calls and recruiting members of the public to participate in Market Research.
The ideal candidate for the role will be fluent in English and have previous telephone interview experience, although full training will be provided.
Applicants must be reliable, hard-working and excellent communicators with a flair for dealing with people over the phone, hitting targets and KPIs.
Capturing customer information correctly within our purpose built in house CRM system.
